1. Remove the swab from the container, being careful not to touch the soft end with your hand.
2. Insert the swab into your nostril. Do not insert it more than half an inch into your nostril.
3. Slowly twist the swab, rubbing it along the insides of your nostril for 15 seconds.
4. Gently remove the swab.
5. Using the same swab, repeat steps 2-4 in your other nostril.
Test Procedure
The test should be operated at room temperature（15-30℃）

Add 10 drops (~350 µL) of the sample extraction buffer into the extraction tube, keeping the tube upright using the stand provided.

Vigorously roll the swab at least 10 times inside tube, squeeze against sides of the tube, let stand for 1 minute. Squeeze several more times to obtain as much liquid as possible. Dispose of swab properly.

Safely remove and discard the swab, and insert dropper tip into the tube containing the specimen.

Lay cassette flat, label, and add 5 drops (~120 µL) of the test sample into the sample well. Results will be ready in 20 minutes.
